I cannot recommend Igor and the team at Greenlight ITC highly enough. We are a mid size healthcare practice and rely heavily on the smooth running of our IT. My hard drive died in my computer but Greenlight were able to get it up and running promptly. Even after the event, they were able to log in to retrieve some 'hidden' files and is sorting out a reliable backup system going forward. Had HP been able to react sooner, I would have even had it sooner! Thanks!
