In an ideal world, you would specialise in Managed IT Services and  have between $500,000 and $2,000,000 turnover. However, it never hurts to discuss if you fall outside this.

I’m a competitor, so how do we protect our information and customer lists?

Firstly, we always sign a mutual NDA. Secondly, we never discuss or disclose customer details until the process is complete.

How do you value my Business?

We have experience from previous acquisitions, and we also have a sophisticated valuation tool that we sourced from the US, based on prices people pay to provide a fair market valuation.

Will you keep my existing staff?

Our business is all about people, and good staff are hard to find, so we would plan to keep everybody that wants to join us. There are also more opportunities for your staff in joining a larger firm.

How long does the process take?

The initial discussions and agreement typically takes a few weeks to a few months. The integration process can take up to 12 months, but this depends on a variety of factors.
